Is it free to list my site?

Yes. Submitting a site to Parchment82 costs nothing. Use the submission form, provide your site address and choose the appropriate section, and the listing will be reviewed. If approved, it will be set into type and added to the catalogue.

How are sites organised in the catalogue?

Sites are grouped into 22 named sections based on the type of business or service they offer. Each section has a name drawn from print-shop terminology — Galley, Forme, Imprint, or Proof — and covers a distinct area: everything from the Wager and Table Forme for gaming sites to the Surgery Imprint for dental practices.

How long does a review take?

Reviews are carried out manually. Most submissions are processed within a few working days, though the timeline can vary. You will not receive a notification, but you can check the relevant section of the catalogue to see whether your listing has appeared.

Can I submit more than one site?

Yes. Each site requires a separate submission. Please place each one in the section that most accurately describes it — a site submitted to the wrong section may be moved or declined during review.

What sections does the directory cover?

Parchment82 covers 22 sections: adult content, motoring, fashion, gaming, trades, dental, official documents, education, finance, dining, interiors, industry, legal services, health, media, a general miscellany section, pet services, printing, property, digital marketing, technology, and travel. The General Galleys section accepts sites that do not fit neatly into any of the other 21.
